Join the 5th Annual Triangle 1 Billion Rising Nia Jam to kick your heels up in Healing and Solidarity and raise money to support the Durham Crisis Response Center. Have fun with great music and movement from dance, martial arts and yoga led by area teachers certified in the Nia Technique.

One Billion Rising events bring people together this week every February, all over the world to dance, raise awareness, and help end violence against women.
