Pamela is a licensed Blue and Green Belt Nia Technique® teacher.

She has always loved dance and was delighted to discover the joy and healing in Nia classes! Pamela is an actress, singer and fiber artist who loves beauty, creativity, community and transformation all of which she has found in the Nia community!
