Laura Ghantous

Nia Black Belt Teacher

about Laura

A massage therapist since 1996, Laura Ghantous has explored a variety of movement and healing techniques. Laura was thrilled when she took her first Nia® class. Nia's emphasis on understanding and nurturing body, mind, spirit and emotion was exactly what she had been looking for: A holistic approach to exercise. Plus, it's loads of fun!

Laura is a Black and Green Belt Nia Teacher and can be reached at laurania@me.com.
