Julie Hodson fell in love with Nia right away. "How about you? The music, the blend of freedom and form, the invitation to move your body your way--it's all irresistible! I marvel at how people of all ages and abilities get so much from each Nia class. I love sharing Nia and appreciate its benefits in my life every day."
Julie is a licensed Brown Belt Nia teacher and teaches in Carrboro, Chapel Hill and Durham.

Non-member option:
The rate for drop-ins is $10/class or a 5-class pass for $45. Participants will be required to have an account with the JCC (it can be set up online at the link below, or at the welcome desk when they come in). They must also be able to provide documentation of vaccination. Click here to register.
