Join five of our Triangle Nia teachers - Janice, Laura, Caroline, Holly and Laurie - as they lead us in a dance to honor the light in and around all of us as Daylight Savings Time comes to an end. Our focus and intent are to ignite the light within us to share with others in times of need.

$10/person payable at the door (cash and Venmo ONLY - please bring exact change if possible or small bills). Venmo account information will be available at the check-in table.

There is a free parking onsite as well as on nearby streets.

NOTE: November 1st is the end of Daylight Savings Time so be sure to turn your clocks back one hour the night before!
