In her life as a dancer/dance educator, actor and yoga practitioner, Dorita Beh-Eger, Black Belt Nia® Teacher, has experienced the healing, energizing and transformative power of movement. For her, Nia weaves together these multi-colored threads of her life in an exhilarating and expansive way. Relocated to this area from New York and Florida, Dorita is "dancing through life" teaching Nia and yoga.
