Nia Black Belt Teacher

about Anne

Anne Shelton is a licensed Brown Belt Nia® teacher. As a retired obstetrician/gynecologist, her knowledge of physiology and anatomy informs her interpretation of music and emotional expression through movement. She is delighted to help people help themselves through their experience of movement, music and magic. When not dancing Nia, she teaches literacy skills to children struggling to read, write, and spell, makes pottery, and helps her garden grow.
